The Liberty Organisation is in effect a bottom up approach to social regeneration and social mobilisation.
Why is ACT needed?
ACT was developed to help to regenerate communities throughout Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Individuals need to recognise that a vibrant and fulfilled community can only be achieved if they are self motivated, content and reaching their potential.
A community is made up of individuals, if everyone does their part the community will benefit.
